In order to enhance Omaha’s reputation as a national leader in the promotion and support of independent music, YFC, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was formed by longtime community volunteers with an interest in music and culture to facilitate festivals in order to benefit area charities. The idea has been around for some time. It finally found the right group.
