Nearby you will find North Downtown, featuring one of America’s top rock clubs, The Slowdown, and arthouse theater, Filmstreams. Directly to the west is Gene Leahy Mall and Heartland of America Park. To the east and a bit to the north is the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge and to the south and west is the historic Old Market.
